Preamble:
The Civil Engineering Department welcomes all of you for
setting up career. The department of Civil Engineering was established from the
academic year 2016-17. This department is one of the best departments of the
institute in terms of teaching-learning, curricular and non-curricular
activities. The department impart quality education, training and research at
the in various areas of Civil Engineering. All the class rooms are facilitated
with smart boards and good seating environment. The department has setup all
laboratories with modern and major equipments to understand the basic of civil
engineering practice. The department has highly motivated, qualified and well-experienced
faculty members. Almost all the faculty of the department completed Ph. D. The
major areas of faculty expertise in the department include Geotechnical
Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering and Water
Resource Engineering.
